February Riding

The weather here has been great. Its hard to believe that in the Middle of February, in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, that it is motorcycle riding time. It is a bit cold first thing in the morning but by mid day the temperature is decent. I ride with some skiing long underwear under my jeans and have my electric vest on. With that and my full coverage helmet to keep my head warm it is nice to be out riding again. This is the first time I have ever insured my motorcycle before my birthday which is late February.

Here is a shot from this morning. What is more odd looking, a motorcycle out in mid February, or the guy with the surf board on his SportUte?
